Dolores Park Image

[edit]

The image of Dolores Park you have is great - I would love to find out more about where it came from and who owns it so that I could look into usage of it. Do you mind contacting me? —Preceding unsigned comment added by Astreibe (talkcontribs) 00:26, 20 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Leather

[edit]

Thanks for the clean up on Leather page. I hope to see this take a step towards reality in the near future. Though I do somehow like the idea of roving gangs of gay WWII vets, stocked with war surplus goods looking for a lifestyle to found. Jacksinterweb (talk) 01:24, 11 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

You might want to give the Leather Archives and Museum a look see if you are going to dive into the Leather Article. I am not sure how useful it is as a source, but perhaps something can be culled from the site.
You'll find that the movie "Cruising" figures into most gay non vanilla articles on WP (and I may be wrong, but I think the Harvey Girls is referenced on everything else gay).

Regarding your edits to Prince Albert

[edit]

Hello, thanks for attending to that paragraph....you did a nice job with some fairly twisted grammar.

I'm not sure about the claim that the urine dribbling is a problem only when using a urinal. From what I can tell it's an issue whenever standing up to urinate. Though it's possible that since one *must* stand up at the urinal, this is what you mean by the remark? Perhaps it can be clarified.

Cheers. Dpmath (talk) 19:10, 20 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

No problem. I am not uptight about English grammar, but I think it's nice when it's right and it makes things so much easier to understand! As to the dribbling -- what I was getting at was that it's a problem whenever urinating, it's a question of whether said dribbles are 'caught' or not in my experience. Standing at an ordinary lavatory will have much the same problems as stading at a urinal -- worse I would have thought -- and of course sitting on a lavatory doesn't preclude one from urine spraying farther than one wouth like it to :-s

I hope this answers your question. Showjumpersam (talk) 20:42, 22 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]
